Hi, I’m Lani Rosengren, your new Pal!

I began my venture into private nannying in 2022 after working in childcare for over 5 years. While I absolutely loved my role as a childcare provider, I felt I had more to offer the individual child than possible in a busy childcare setting. The attentive one-on-one and small group care that is possible as a private nanny spoke to me, as it better enables provision of personalised care based on individual needs.

Each week, Lani would make and freeze recipes for Azalea, which was a big help to us - healthy muffins, banana bread, meatballs etc. It was evident that Lani genuinely cared for our daughter and took the time to understand her needs and interests. Her assistance has been invaluable, having her look after our daughter has been such a huge help. Our daughter loves having Lani with her and it is comforting know that she is cared for the same way we do for her. They go on walks and have lots of outside play which we love and value highly. Lani has also shown a lot of resilience helping out whilst our daughter was quite sick and doing what needed to be done. Lani is very proactive and efficient making sure our home is tidied up and shows the initiative to do extra tasks when our daughter naps. It really is like having a fairy god mother around.”
