ABOUT PALS 〰️
Hi, I'm Lani!
OWNER | PALS PRIVATE NANNY
I began private nannying in 2023 after working in childcare for over 5 years. While I loved my role as a childcare provider, I felt I had more to offer the individual child than what was possible in a busy childcare setting.
As a private nanny, I provide one-on-one and small group nannying services, allowing me to personalise care for each individual child’s needs. My ability to build connections with children in a calm and familiar environment allows a deep understanding of each child's individual needs. I model clear boundaries and maintain those ever-important routines to suit each child at their stage of development.
I love to provide outdoor and real-word experiences that are essential to a developing child. It is my belief that time spent in fresh air, outdoors, whether it be by the ocean, on a farm or a simple walk, is priceless in terms of the well-being of not only children, but ourselves.
I provide direct contact with families regarding their child’s care requirements and am always open to taking on new ideas. I pride myself on being incredibly thorough in communication, providing detailed timed updates and photo updates on your child’s day.
It is wonderful to feel such fulfilment in my work as a private nanny. I look forward to what each day brings.
