Our Gal PALS are guaranteed to have the minimum:

• Blue Card/WWCC 

• Updated and Confidence in First Aid/CPR

• Full and Clean Driver's Licence 

• 18 years and above 

• A minimum of 2+ reputable references 

• ABN 

• Certificates of Training from BrightHR in:

  • Mental Health Awareness, Time Management, When to be Assertive, Sexual Harassment and Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Awareness 
    

• Reliable

• Experience with children (Whether in a professional or private setting) 

• Based from Kingscliff NSW to North Gold Coast

• We practice a Gentle Parenting Approach, ensuring boundaries are still set although room for feelings is made. 

• Nature based play and 1 on 1 learning is a true passion of ours at PALS PN.
